City Road Inn, Manchesterback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
I've lived in Manchester for nearly 20 years but have never been to the City Road Inn until recently. Don't know why, maybe cos it's a bit out on a limb. It was very quiet when I popped in on a Sunday afternoon. Think it was father's day, which may account for that. Looks like it has been recently renovated, but still retains a lot of old features. Had just one real on - Landlords but it was a good pint. Worth making the effort to go to.

The landlady is very unfriendly towards customers. Toilets are filthy too.
