Expensive, fascile suburban bar. Occasionally delicious barmaids and vain and cerebrally challenged career barmen... Skip it unless you're a moron or have a decent shot with one of the braindead coked up hotties that frequent.

I went to this bar last night. looks amazing and was quite busy. But the bouncers were rude and argumentive, so before I even got in I had reservations about this place. they also seem to let people they knew jump the queue which is just wrong. The bar staff are just as bad, queued for the bar for over 20 mins ignored by bar staff, then the bar man proceeded to serve his friends who pushed their way in. Several of the bar staff spent their time posing and high-fiving their friends and seemed to forget they were there to work. I was really disapointed with this place and it put me off returing due to the arrogance and rude staff!

Very packed on my visit yesterday. But was appropriate weather for it
Lovely outside section for this sort of weather, although does get a bit cramped
Friendly enough crowd
The only bad thing id have to say is directed towards the staff. Ok plus point there was around 6-7 people behind the bar, much better than your average 3 people on a busy moment. But still waited literally 20mins to get served, and the thing that got a lump in my throat is that a guy that had only just reached the bar got served before me and a couple of others simply for knowing the barman serving, and I think he knew it. Simply not on, especially when your patience is starting to wear thin anyway and you really feel like mentioning this in haste then hoping you will get served after your grumble

not to enter into an argument about this but the staff were not laid back they were a bunch of snooty arses who screwed up booking of tables and tried to kick us off the table we had booked.. and got really shirty about it.

It was truly awful place on a saturday night.. packed, shit music.. felt like it should be in bristol not London.

also some of the early reviewers write suspiciously positive reviews about this place and the other one owned by the same people. I'm sure this is entirely co-incidental.

I dont know what the last reviewer is talking about, clearly doesnt know a good bar when he sees one... This is not a "flair" bar (where bartenders 'twirl' bottles!) and you can always get a drink pretty quickly. I go to this bar at least twice a week being a local, and the staff are always friendly and laid back... New menu is amazing... check it out.

The worst bar i've been to for some time. pseudo trendy decor and 10 year old house music.

bar staff spend most of their time twirling bottles so you'll wait 20 minutes to get served.

might be less offensive on a saturday afternoon but i doubt it.

Have had dinner here a few times. Great food at reasonable prices. The staff are friendly enough, has a good atmosphere and music. My flat mates have had a few long Saturday lunches which end up turning into nights out here. Open till 3am.

Thought beer in the evening included pubs/bars and not wannabe clubs !

Why didn't anyone tell me about this place before?! Went on a Sunday night and it was jumping. It had the atmosphere of a house party.

What a classic place!
Creates a kinda of holiday atmosphere, with the palm tree, sofas, cool tunes and excellent food.

This used to be Oblivion. Much more civilized now with a good chef, a decent choice of wines and squishy cream leather sofas.
Still got those epic Sunday nights down there though!!

Used to be Oblivion, but you should see the transformation. They've got a giant palm tree sitting in the middle of the garden now! The sound system isn't quite loud enough but the DJs still managed to get the crowd goin last Saturday night.
