This is a typical chain pub i think it maybe Mitchell and Butlers however there there is nothing wrong with that.
It is in a good location for the business park and motorway and our food and drinks were quite acceptable. 9/10

Visited twice recently (within a week), good Tribute and Dunbar and excellent food. the young staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended.

nice pub and decor, but the place is understaffed and very impersonal... feels like a chain pub... needs some soul !

Terribly bland in every way. It's a bit like the english style theme pubs you find abroad that offers what people think English pubs are like: poor food, poor service, bland beers etc.
worth avoiding.

A hideous pastiche of bits n' bobs that represent what a non-drinker may well imagine what a pub should be like.
Built out of what purports to be reclaimed bits of old buildings.
Bitter limited to an overpriced pint of Caffrey's when I last went.
On the plus side, you could take your granny there with no fear of her becoming upset by real pub people.

Without doubt the worse service I have ever experienced in a pub by a country mile. Kids wandering around doing everythng but making themselves useful.

I work next door to this pub so it is very convenient for lucnch, entertaining and that swift pint before going home. However, i would crawl over broken glass before ever eating there again! i have had some memorably bad meals in my time and 3 of them have been here during summer 2006. service is slow and very under staffed. food is cold usually and badly prepared or overcooked. (had frozen bacon in a bacon sandwich this time!!). the only saving grace is the amstel beer on draught. AVOID AVOID AVOID
