First time I have been here for so long. The name has changed and I can trust my boyfriend with the landlady (unlike the last bitch) nice and clean, a different pub altogether althpugh a bit boring.

Finally closed down, she never deservered this pub and she has ruined it.. And well said DeeDee...
Whoever takes this place on have alot of riff raff to get rid of.....

The woman who ran this pub is a rather dirty skank! She snogged all the men in their, snogging about 10 men at a time, it looked like a brothel than a bar! she sang karaoke all night, and she couldnt sing to save her life!
so overall dont go their - and if u ever meet sim, maybe u should do a STD test

Spend a few hours in here a couple of months ago. Tiny place but the owner is a good laugh and the karaoke is quite fun.

Great karaoke bar for late in the evening. Dead otherwise.
Lack of draught beer, but a top night venue with quality karaoke. Female owner is fun and knows how to party.

Mr. Pickwicks is a great destination pub. That is, if you like to step over fallen-down drunk karaoke "singers". Don't expect a polished setting but it's certainly good for a laugh.

Great to hear pickwicks is open weekends went there saturday night with me girlfriend as we was passing bye to see what it would be like as we all no friday nights are great in there and was impressed it wasnt as mad as a friday but im sure once the word gets round its open saturdays and sundays it will be just as good.

What can i say the pub as had a great refurbishment And looks great the outside looks superb,was in there friday nite and what a night karoake great the landlady made us feel really welcome and will be returning there if you need a good night out it seems that pickwicks is the place.

I use the pub Pickwicks in the east end of london often,
reading the comment that someone has left is beyond me,
this pub has a great atmosphere,which is made by the landlady along with the bar staff too.
Are the commments left from some-one who is jealouse and bitter of the success of this pub?
the pub always has a feel to it, and I always feel safe.

Pickwick's has been transformed by a refit in early 2008 and now looks after its outdoor smokers pretty well. There's karaoke on-demand, and the place teems with character as the weird and the wonderful get involved in the sing-songs. Maybe not the place to start a night, but if you're looking for a fun time it's a fine place to end up in the early hours, or if drinking on a school-night!

Pickwicks as now had a new face lift and is a great place for a great night out with great entertainment with very friendly staff and seem to be the place to be now in the city...

this pub has changed hands again and is getting better, cute guy called danny works there and is worth a visit.

This pub is under new ownership and is much improved. Outside tables for the summer and a late bar upstairs mean that this place is never empty, although you will get served pretty quick. DJ on Fridays and Karaoke on Thursdays.
