I have to say the staff were great when I went here a few months back. I booked online and got a private area for 4 hours and as happy hour was on (I say happy hour it ran from 5pm til 10pm) I was paying �2.45 a pint! Nice area, good surroundings - I really enjoyed it :)

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is terrible. As the comments before this say, the staff are rude and unaccomodating. The general manager who was working on the door when i went is the worst of all. I saw her throwing many people out or not letting people in for no reason. She is on some powertrip and is incredibly rude and aggressive, it's no wonder the rest of the stuff are so grumpy and rude. And the queues for the bar...over 30 minutes to get a drink, somewhat ruins the night when you are spending that long waiting!
The only thing this place can gurantee is to ruin your night.

The bad - Miserable staff who never smile, too hot with no A/C. They have fans placed around the venue but they weren't even on which was probably a ploy to make people order more drinks to cool down.
The good - Music was brilliant.
Sort out the staff & the problem with the fans & we may consider coming back.

Overpriced, unwelcoming, with arrogant bar staff who seem to think that having an idle conversation with a customer/friend is more important than serving the only other person waiting at the bar.
Really, really cannot understand why this place is still open after all these years. I don't know anybody who likes it.

This is, I am afraid, a truly dismal place. It's expensive, the seating is tripe and the staff can't help but gove off the impression you should feel lucky to be served by them.
