I would call this more of a coffee shop than a pub. We went last summer and its got a nice garden area. Now i generally meet friends there for a coffee and must say its a nice place to go. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the coffee is good! I havent eaten there so can;t comment on the food!

Don't call this (Century) a pub. Standing at the bar is not permitted.

Now called "Century". As the Chapel it started off well but gradually went down the drain.

Now closed down

No real ale, and everything is a tad expensive for a little town like Corsham. Best just to drop in for a coffee and take a look at it, 'cos it's been well designed and looks good.

I went to the Chapel recently and really enjoyed the expereince. They have a new chef and the food that is being served looks and tastes fantastic! They also have a new exciting menu and specials so I will have to go back again and again! They have even started serving Sunday Roasts so I'll have to give them a whirl! If you haven't been before give it a go, you'll love it!

My Wife and I love this place for a light lunch. The food is fresh & tasty - the duck tortilla wrap is a favourite served with salad and fries. At lunchtime and during the day, this is a good place for a chat. There's free wi-fi too. In the evening I guess it has a more 'clubby' feel. The choice for real ale fans isn't great, but there are some nice bottled beers now. I can recommend the milk stout.

Chapel etc, seem never to be afraid to try something a little different; for example they'll be screening a film as part of Corsham's upcoming film festival.

Nice conversion of a former chapel with a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff. Good seating area outside.
No real ale and very expensive drinks though. Food also expensive but good.

Sorry, should have added - Chapel etc is closed all day on Sundays, which is a great pity.

A welcome new venue for Corsham, nicely renovated and good atmosphere. Bouncers on the door seems to be rather OTT although they're very friendly and the seating is slightly odd; a row of tables at 'normal' level flanked by two rows at high level, so if you're on the side tables you look down on those in the central seats.
The main area is smoking, which is a real pain if you want to eat here - I've eaten here twice so far and on both occasions we were enveloped in fug before we had finished. There is a no smoking area, but it's down below the main level and screened off so that you can't see anything.

Recently converted Old Chapel with most of the original features but with a contemporary feel. Excellent atmosphere (there's a real buzz in the air), excellent range of food wine and beer, nice friendly attentive staff great place to meet your friends or business clients, well worth a visit
