was so interesting to find the pubs latest staff member at another local pub trying to find alternative employment, must be a record, 4 days and deciding to look elsewhere!!!!!!

hope the sale off of all the pubs fixtures and fittings goes well and the new people taking over actually contribute positively to village life

obvious delusions of grandeur, probably by the lease holder the last statement, Im sure that the emptiness of the premises on an on-going basis say it all. Take nickdavies advice and float on by

Fantastic pub nice beer and quality people.
Dont take any notice of the donut above.
My guess is too much time in pub and wife at home getting oodles of rumpy pumpy from the milko.

What on earth are they playing at here? 1:15 on a Saturday lunchtime and we're the only customers beyond two kids playing pool to loud music. You could be in a bus station cafeteria what with the bare white walls and redundant works canteen tables and chairs. The makeshift bar has only the basics, I doubt that liquid of any form has passed through the handpumps this year or last. And a completely unappetizing menu for those brave enough - cheesey chips anyone? Surreally the only other car in the car park was a recent model Jag.
Don't go there.
