This little village pub is slowly coming back to life and now serving Thai food Wednesday to Sunday which is superb !!

A lovely little pub, was the first customers on a Thursday morning but made to feel welcome, with a good Brain's guest ale on and Stowfords cider for the other half

Great pub for pre/post race beers. Open Mic night last Sunday, big crowd in there. All that was missing was Bubbles....

Fond memories of when it was called The Sun and we used to visit here for bar billiards.

An excellent pub. Lovely new owners. Great food and real ales and we were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend!

Always buzzing after racing, came in yesterday to celebrate spectacular 25-1 winner with a group of mates then won at pool, The 2 bars are completely different but both OK and the Harveys was in very good nick, so all round a good day ended well.

Went in after a day at the races and the welcome was great with a massive roaring log fire which helped us get nice and warm. Real ales on that I noticed were London Pride and Harveys Sussex, there may have been others. Very nice to have a couple of beers before the train journey back home.

Went in after the races. very busy and lively. Good atmosphere, nice staff, no complaints. If you are going racing, this is handy for the station. Give it a go.

good pub , did go in before race day , bit packed out , but nevertheless , good beer , the locals kept staring at my wife , made her feel uneasy
