Popped in today with the intention of doing the last three pubs I hadn't been to in Trowbridge in my youth. Found it was the only one left open !
Only Doom Bar on draught, but it was probably the best Doom Bar I have had. I see a big lease for sale sign outside. Lets hope in doesn't get turned into flat like the Black Swan and the Castle.

Good solid boozer... Certainly a vast improvement with the Girls at the helm than the previous miserable landlord. Good ales!

Not the worst pub in Trowbridge, but that isn't saying much. Decent beers and quite clean. Som vaguely menacing builders in there when I visited who were generally moaning about 'Poles' and sounding a tad BNP.

Only bass ale-wise on tap, blackthorn �2.85pint,friendly enough local though,6/10

nice friendly locals pub cracking pint of bass nice clean toilets, strange place for a pool table though.....
