Gerrard Arms, Aspullback to pub details please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.
The Gerrard Arms was pub number 9 for me. It's a little more modern than you might expect when you enter, with a long bar and seating at either end. The barman was friendly. Ales were Thwaites Wainwright, Tetleys Cask & Dark Mild & Prospect Silver Tally. The most expensive pub of my visit to Greater Manchester.

Lovely food at this pub, freshly cooked with a good variety of dishes and a specials board. We go in once a week and never have trouble getting served. Excellent service with food and good atmosphere. Very popular, so you may have to wait for a table.Only criticism is occasionally the music is a little load, so try not to get under a speaker. Otherwise I would have scored 10 as good value for money and very clean. :-)

Under new management and re-fitted since my last vist. Karaoke now gone and a choice of several excellent real ales including Prospect. Mores the pitty you can't get to the bar for locals hogging it and you've no chance of getting them to show some manners by stepping to one side from "their spot" to allow you to get served. I won't be bothering again................

Only got through the door briefly after cycling there with my son for lunch. They do not allow children, not even at lunch time. It did look clean though. :-(
