I have used this pub on and off for 30 years and seen changes a plenty. This pub has had its ups and downs but has improved a lot recently. The locals remain a friendly bunch and the saturday night atmosphere is good. If it carries on this way its future as a local looks good.

Very much a local, although by no means one where the music stops and everyone turns to look at the stranger. Ringwood Old Thumper always on, which gets my vote. Usually another couple of guest ales on, too.

definately a pub on the up, has recentely been refurbished, but still feels like a good locals pub, three different beers on, the goddards was great

billie and tim are a nice couple who give a warm welcome to old and new customers,dogs always welcome.there is also a childrens room and bbq every sunday.
