A fine example of a Wetherspoon's pub. A good choice of well kept ales at very pocket friendly prices, and friendly staff too. This might be the best Wetherspoon's pub in Norfolk - an excellent refurb/conversion job has been done.

Had lunch there with my wife and son on Aug 21, 2014. Burger (paid for the extra) was huge, cod was tasty but not overwhelmingly of large proportion, it was "curry club day" - I had the "flaming dragon" made from Chicken. In a word - excellent. I didn't see this site till today so I didn't keep count of pumps and pints, but I would say we will venture back.

I had a THETFORD GOLD, probably won't have another, but that shouldn't stop anyone else from having a few that fancys an ale.

Great place if you need both food and spirit.........

Being done up (I think, otherwise it is falling apart). Greene King beers were OK.
