A real mess of a pub but good selection of Greene King ales.Cheap and cheerful food.Plenty of screens of varying sizes good for watching sport.

Now called 'poets corner' alot brighter and caters more now for the students... not a bad pub

Unless this place has changed dramatically in the last 6 months - it's a hole. Really dingy and dark, not a great atmos.

Best for watching the rugby, good pool tables, friendly barstaff. Mike, the barman on a Saturday is a shining light an an insipiration to all behind bars.

plenty of room, average price of drinks,4 pool tables and a good juke box.A bit under staffed for the amount of people that are there

Frequented this pub while a student in Cardiff - but was actually a pretty nice pub. Really nice feel to the decorations - a proper darkish pub (not like brightly lit dull chain pubs) - pool for 50p a game (back in 2000, this is - haven't been since). Some seats made from old fun-fair ride seats. Big screens.
