A good pint of Yorkshire Terrier although served in a pint glass that was still really sweet from the drink that had been in there before it. Marston's EPA was also on and the barmaid said these were the only cask ales they had on usually, although they were getting Worthington (not specific) on for Xmas. Guinness was on good form. A convivial if somewhat sterile atmosphere, and the price is most certainly right. 2.75 for a Guinness and 2.55 I think for the Terrier.

Decent for food, but not much else. A poor man's Wetherspoons.

Good steak house (part of the Sizzling Chain) and certainly no longer a "local type pub" and not exactly in Tang Hall, it's closer to Badger Hill ! Clean dining room and good sized bar area.

Very local type of pub, and they're not the most friendly of locals in Tang Hall.
