Beer remains consistently good. Friendly and old fashioned. A genuine oasis of a traditional pub in a desert of mediocrity.

Smart pub, excellent pint of Jennings and service with a smile.

Probably the best real ale 'drinkers' pub in central Chorley at the moment. The beer is consistently good and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Excellent!

Excellent beers although I wish they would keep one of Jennings stronger beers as a regular. Cockerhoop or Sneck for instance.

Existing solely on wet sales, this says a lot for the quality of the beer, which is excellent. Only casque marque pub in Chorley. Jennings beers plus guests. Old fashioned and friendly, a true local pub. Don't miss it.

A great pub with occasional music - blues, folk etc. Great beer and atmosphere. Don't miss it.
