One of those pub/Thai restaurant combination places, which very rarely works. In this case it still doesn't. No real ale and just the standard boys drinks on tap. A real shame.

The name is now Ardleigh & Dragon. The decor is very nice and it looks cool. It's more of a gourmet pub and the drinks and food are expensive. However, the crowd are decent and smartly dressed.
I talked to alot of nice girls in the evening but they were snobbish when I told them I came from the hill.

I havnt set foot in here for decades so cant comment but a chap was shot dead outside his house about 200yds down the road a few years ago so maybe this says something about the area?

what a shit hole , went in for a afternoon drink with a few friends and was confronted by a load of chavs by the pool tables maximum age of about 17 , all pissed and causing hassle thought bugger this and went round the bar but by the toilets mustve been something naughty going on as the lads sitting by the toilets got up and walked away , really strange place , wouldnt want to go here regular. had a couple of pints then went to the offy which was strange as well , must be the area

This has got to be the only pub that i actually enjoy going to! The staff are alright but the pub itself is modern, well looked after and clean, unlike most pubs. There's loadz of room to move around and plenty of pool tables to go on!! Big screen tv's for when the footballs on and evry1 can always see the tv even when it's packed in there. Also quite good for a starter on a friday night! foods nice aswell and good selection of drinks! REALLY good music to suit everyone. Need to bring back karaoke to get 10/10 rating though! All in all a very good pub!!

Well I dont like this pub. Years ago it had a bad rep, so when we went along to check this out we were suprised to get offered a arm wrestle by some drunken imtimidating p.rats only 3seconds of walking through the door. Didnt feel much more comfortable when sitting out in the garden with a few rough chain smoking women swearing as loud as you like at there little kids.
overall - more lads pub for sports and snooker tables!

posibly the best pub ever.... actually the best pub, friendaly staff, great choice of beer (they have guiness.) great locals, great birds too, all round great pub

A decent little pub, but lacks drinks choice not offering almost no alternatives than crap lager like carlsberg and carling, though they do stella it is expensive and �2.05 a pint.. Great friendly staff this is the pub's biggest asset, great locals to always up for a laugh.. Gd quiz Nite aswell...

This pub has really friendly bar staff but for me is to modern and has a lack of drinks choice.. only offering lagers and only 1 bitter (tetley. An average pub go there if you ust wanna get pissed.

Very nice pub... friendly staff and good atmosphere. Quiz Nights are here every thursday and it is very well run.. The Beer is very good but could have more choice for bitter lovers rather than just tetleys. gd pub
