please note - reviews on this site are purely the opinion of site visitors, so don't take them too seriously.

This place has re-opened as No. 197 Chiswick Fire Station. It's an upmarket gastropub that was quite busy on our Friday evening visit. There is an oval shaped bar in the centre with an open-plan kitchen and seating for diners at the rear. The solitary ale was London Pride. Not my cup of tea.

Not a real pub, but a bar, and there's room for these. Decor is good, staff fine, food very good if you like gammon egg and fries (I do!)

Not Bad for a M&B pub. Service was very good.

I walked in and stood at the bar for 5 minutes and then walked out. Pretty run-ofthe-mill ABO then.

Chilled out bar with a modern feel to it. I like my Thursday nights here, though it tends to give you a sophisticated person only feel to it and im just a normal working class geezer! If you want a good Fri/Sat night out with loadsa music this is NOT the place for you. If however you wanna chill out with a mate or partner and nothing heavy, its worth going here!

I like having a nice chilled out drink here on a Thursday night. Its not loud and the bar staff are friendly, with All Bar One you always get the feel its a modern place and not an old fashioned pub. If your looking for a night out with your friends and want to stay in a place all night THIS IS NOT the place for you. If your looking for a chilled out evening with a friend or partner, no thunping loud music in the background THIS IS a possible choice!

Lots of celebs seem to go here? Could be the reason not to go!

...at least try and get the right bar when posting a comment.

The All Bar One has started to doing Jazz on Sunday evenings it seems - popped in yesterday. Starts at 8pm, and its surprisingly good - top notch musicians. There are also a load of new beers on draught. I though the atmposphere was great, with constant table service for drinks, what more do you want on Sunday eve.

As All Bar One's go this one is, basically, the usual boring tripe. Uninteresting decor, atmosphere and everything.
For some reason I would suggest maybe a lunchtime visit if you work in the area but nothing more adventurous.

Good selection of lagers, and stupidly high prices to match.
FULL of Estate Agents (count those Foxtons mini's outside) and "ladies" larfing over a glass of Chardonnay, what-what.
Doormen on the weekends are meat-heads too, and like nothing better than to stare at the girls, regardless of whether they're with their boyfriends or not! Quailty.
All the comments below are accurate and all seem to agree. That being said, it's always full (of toffs) at weekends, and most evenings, so there's obviously a need for these generic soul-less hovels.

All Bar One, Chiswick = All Bar One anywhere. Have a night in sicking forks in your legs - it'll be a far more enjoyable experience and you won't have to put up with estate agents types that go there.

As soulless as a bored atheist looking at his watch during a vary large religious gathering somewhere hot. Las time I was here, some bloke started singing an annoying drunken song about being in an All Bar One. And his blonde girlfriend was very very cute too.

Damn him. And All Bar Ones.

Avoid it. Pretencious and expensive

Standard, generic All-bar-one. Pretencious, over-priced, but with a good range (expensive) of guest lagers. Food is pants, toilets are mile away, and the doormen (we stopped calling them bouncers years ago folks), are, well doormen. Stare at you (and your Mrs.), and swan round the bar like they own the place.
As already mentioned, full of suits and "la-de-da's". Unless you park your Aston Martin outside, the posho's will look down their nose at you.
Verdict - Go there if you're a ponce.

Looks like an antique furniture store from the outside.
Only go there if you're in a group, the pretentious fools in this bar wouldn't even give you the time of day.
Good wine, though...
